"Polish" Dinner

Picked up some authentic Polish sausage from Polish Smoked Meats in Suwanee yesterday. Adam's Garlic Sausage (right) and Kielbasa served with braised red cabbage and roasted potatoes. I like the Kielbasa a bit better-better consistency-smoky flavor of both is very nice.
