Key West Style Cuban Chicken Soft Taco

3 different styles mixed into one meal. Doesn't sound good, but it was. First time I saw the marinade in the store. I figured I would give it a shot and grill up some chicken that had soaked in it. In trying to figure out something different with the chicken I looked in the fridge and came up with the soft taco idea. I fixed up some red beans and rice, along with some corn, to go as sides for this meal. A little melted cheese and some caramelized onion topped off these tacos. Nothing else was needed on these bad boys as they were excellent as is.

-Marinated conch with spicy guava dipping sauce.

-Blend of 5 Bacardi Rums: Bacardi O, Bacardi Razz, Bacardi Coco, Bacardi Limon, Bacardi Peach, all mixed up with tropical fruit juices in a carved coconut.
