Watermelon & Midori Chi Chi from Pool Bar Jim's....

How do you beat the heat on a hot summer day? There is no better way to beat it than a fresh fruit drink from Pool Bar Jim's in Hilton Head. Today we tried something new and created our own drink. We wanted something melon and went with a Watermelon Chi Chi. The drink is made with vodka, pineapple juice, coconut creme, and watermelon. We then added the midori for some extra melon flavor. Very tasty and very refreshing. The vodka doesn't hurt either.

Margaritaville Pool Party...

Amazing food catered by Driftaway Cafe here in Savannah. Food included grilled fish tacos, home made tortilla chips with the best guacamole I have ever had. The salsa was also outstanding, along with the bean salsa with pita chips. The chicken came 2 ways...jerk and teriyaki. Both were great. The bar was full stocked and we threw down on a variety of aged and spiced rums...along with plenty of Crown & Gingers.
