Went fishing a few weeks ago and caught some mackerel. Smoked/grilled it and put a few pieces into this fish dip. I started with
this recipe but tweaked it a bit to my standards. It wasn't as good as some fish dips I've had in beach restaurants, but a damn fine first effort.
