Now I know that Le Food Whore will be shaking his head at this post but my family made Lake Pontchartrain fish last night. Just some orange roughy cooked on the grill in these little aluminum foil boats. The sauce you see on the fish is EVOO, butter, green peppers and some spices. I paired mine with a piece of pumpernickel bread from The Fresh Market and a salad with Paul Newman's Olive Oil and Vinegar dressing. The wine was a very so-so bottle of Oak Grove Chardonnay.
