I don't know what 'chicken a la king' is but that's what I call this.

 This is a healthier take on chicken parm and a fancier take on my usual lunch of chicken and raw broccoli. Chicken breast seasoned with good stuff and hella garlic cooked in some awesome tomato sauce with mozzarella thrown on a few minutes before it was done.

The side was spicy garlic broccoli. Had 3 things I love: Broccoli, Garlic, Red Pepper flakes.

The sauce really helped keep the chicken tender. I also like my chicken cooked to no more than 160 degrees in the oven. That way when it comes out the rest takes care of itself.
