Grilled Caesar Salad, Chicken, & Baked Potato

The grilled Caesar salad is a little different, yet so good. Rub down the romaine in some olive oil and hit it up with some cracked black pepper. Grill on the upper rack on both sides. Put a little of the dressing on the bottom of the plate, place the lettuce cut side up, and drizzle the dressing over it. Top it off with some fresh parm and croutons.

The chicken sat all day in a little homemade marinade and was then grilled to perfection and served with a baked potato.
