The luncheon began with a fruit & cheese platter and cocktails. This was followed by lunch, dessert and a champagne toast.
Maryland Style Crab Cake Melt:
Jumbo lump crab cakes pan sautéed and topped with remoulade sauce tomato & cheddar cheese on a fresh English muffin. Served with a small Classic Caesar Salad.
