Dinner was at Hamilton's inside the Hilton. This was a seated dinner following the open bar happy hour, at Historic Brumby Hall, where many Crown and Gingers were disposed of down my throat. Dinner included all you can drink wine in addition to the filet, green beans, and whipped mashed potatoes. The dessert was a flourless triple chocolate cake that had chocolate moose inside the cake and a very rich chocolate layer on the outisde. I made it through 3 bites of this bad boy and it was all I could handle.
hell yeah. if you're gonna cook beef that's the way to do it.
