Catalina Apricot Chicken....

Very simple recipe: 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix, 16oz bottle of Catalina dressing, and 1 jar of apricot preserves. Mix it all together. Line the bottom of a baking dish and lay chicken into said dish. Spoon 3/4 of remainder over chicken and bake at 350. Use remainder of sauce for basting or heat on the side as a glaze foe when it comes to plating.

I also made a little rice pilaf and boiled cabbage to join the chicken on this delicious journey.
