Eggs are one of my favorites. And today I ate 6. Yep. Count 'em. 6. I needed a good high protein, high fat meal to fuel my long Krav Maga workshop today.
Added some cheddar on top after they got done cooking. Sometimes I put it in while they cook but today I took the waffle house hashbrown approach and it worked out well. There was enough of both separation and mixing of flavors to make it very enjoyable.
Washed it down with a double strong green tea and a handful of fish oil tabs.
