Grilled Pork Chops with Balsamic Pear Glaze

Seasoned the pork chops with a little Chicago Steak rub. Chops were grilled to perfection. I then made a Balsamic Pear glaze with a little olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a few spices, and a splash of OJ with a little orange zest. Decided to make some rice and peas to go along with this great pairing of pork and pears. It was outfreakinstanding!
