Speakeasy is a fantastic tapas bar located in Athens, GA. The food was excellent and so was the service. I highly recommend this restaurant!
Cheese Plate: aged and fresh cheeses, homemade herb alouette, fruit, and crusty baguette.
Raw Oysters (They were so good that I didn't think to take a picture of them until after they were all gone.)
Tuna Carpaccio: thinly sliced raw tuna, baby greens, olives, citrus viniagrette. (top)
Calamari: crisp cornmeal, jalapeño aioli. (middle)
Barbecue Duck: mollasses barbeque, jalapeño cornbread, marinated red onion, arugula. (bottom)
Sesame Tuna: ahi tuna, seared rare, sweet and spicy thai sauces.
Basil Crème Brûlée & Fallen Chocolate Cake
We also had crab cakes and coconut shrimp that were fantastic, but I failed to get a picture before the plates were empty.
