Steelhead Salmon and Roasted Asparagus

Cooked this rare (less than rare maybe?) and it was amazing. Only put salt, pepper and capers on the outside. Gave it  a nice crisp outer layer with an inside that melted away. Enjoyed a Sweetwater BSP Quad Ale while making/eating it.
