Made these over the weekend. pan-blackened tilapia, broccoli slaw tossed with citrus juice, a little oil, and a few spices, simple sauce made with sour cream, cilantro, tomatillo salsa and avocado, all on a couple of corn tortillas. Good stuff, and surprisingly simple to make.
