College Football Saturday Grub & Dinner

When spending a late Saturday afternoon and evening at home watching college football...it just doesn't get better than boiled peanuts, steak, and beer. I grilled up this beautiful New York Strip Steak with a little seasoning to perfection. I then marinated some Portobello Mushrooms win a little balsamic marinade that I made up. These were also grilled and further basted in the marinade. Everything was amazing and was washed down with some ice cold Hoptober Golden Ale from the New Belgium Brewing Co.
